rl: in which shinji has another tea party, this time with shelly

[shinji had struggled picking a place to meet mr. de killer for tea; should he go into town?  where?  did he even have the money for it?  he didn't know anything about this kind of thing.  the final answer was so simple that he nearly missed it: they'd have tea at the apartment.  misato was out working until very late and asuka was going to spend all her afternoon with hikari so why not?  it made perfect sense.

he sprinted home, doing his best to clean the disaster area that was the kitchen (why did misato have to leave her beer cans everywhere?) and put water on to boil as he waited for shelly to arrive.]
